Our Story
Chad Gibbs
CG Metals & More is a steel service center and hardware retail outlet established by Mark and Tracey Gibbs in memory of their son David "Chad" Gibbs "CG" 1989-2013.
I was a partner in another steel service center for 6 years. While there, I hired Chad on a part time basis as a yard hand. After graduating from college with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Chad became a full-time employee. With his hard work and dedication, Chad worked his way to a sales position. Chad was very passionate about his job and he demonstrated it with his strong work ethic; he took pride in a job well done and he made his customer needs his own. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Chad, customers and vendors alike, knew this.
Chad and I dreamed of one day owning and operating our own steel service center. After Chad passed, we carried out our dream with the establishment of CG Metals in CG's memory, where helping you is what we do. We appreciate your patronage and the opportunity to earn your business

Mark Gibbs
Mark, the founder of CG Metals, has been in sales for 25 years, and has been in the steel business for 15. Mark started this company centered around customer service and he ensures that remains the focus today. CG Metals isn't just a job for him, its his passion.
Lee Hickmott
Lee has been with CG Metals since the beginning. He was in the steel business in 2008 and 2009 with Mark before spending a few years among the Arkansas high school football coaching ranks.
